Live for Five - 5-Day Live Food Detox

This program takes the guess work out of live foods, whether you are used to to eating raw fruits and vegetables and want to stay on track, or this is your first time trying it out! The menu changes each month and is full of simple and delicious live food. All you need to prepare most of the recipes is a knife and food processor or blender.

Here is how it works: Once you register, you will get an email with the menu for the week, recipes and a grocery list. Then, exactly a week later, you will start getting daily emails for the next 5 days with information, tips and inspiration! It's as easy as that!

Why Live foods?
