What other products do I take during the 21-Day Cleanse?

This cleanse is meant to be a whole food cleanse, where we feast on nothing but fresh fruits, vegetables and seeds. Although we don’t recommend it, supplements can be added at your discretion.


How long can I access the cleanse content?

For 3 Months… up until the start of the next cleanse.


What is the format of this cleanse?

The cleanse is virtual, and you can access it from anywhere in the world on a computer, tablet or phone. Upon registration, you will be able to create a username and login to get access to the content. There are a series of web pages that describe each phase of the cleanse and provides supporting recipes. You will receive daily emails with information and support, you will also be able to share your experience and ask questions on the daily discussion.


Do I need any special software?

All you will need is a computer, laptop, or mobile device (tablet or phone will do fine). Your internet service (WiFi strength) should be strong enough to view the content.


What if I am not able to complete the cleanse?

Detoxing can be tough. We detox not just from food, but also from emotional burdens. I believe that we detox when we can handle releasing the toxins inside us. Sometimes, the amount of toxins is too much to handle at once. It’s important to remember that everyone goes through detox in their own way. Although this 21-day cleanse yields the best results when done all at once, it’s more important to listen to your body and honor what it is telling you. You can slow down or take a break if needed, and resume later.
